Management agreement:

We are convinced that Management agreement is an ideal solution for any hospitality investor who would like to be involved in the hotel operation yet to only certain defined degree. Such form of cooperation keeps the hotel investor / owner finically involved and for the operating cost, whereas the operator is fully responsible for the gross operating profit. Any investments, capex and cash-flow remain on the owner’s side.

Lease Agreement:

We believe that a Lease Agreement is a great solution for every hotel investor, which does not wish to be exposed to daily operations matters. In case of already running operations, there is an option to agree on a lease of the plant. Full responsibility for cash flow is on the lessee site.

Cooperation agreement:

Such form of agreement allows the investors who wishes to operate the hotel on his own, however it may not be his core business hence the consultancy maybe required. Such agreement could be long and mid-term. As example assisting to set up operating procedures, sales and marketing strategies etc. useful mainly for new hotels of existing hotel seeing fresh pair of eyes.
