Founded by Petr Marek recently specializing in following:
- Field of expertise is a perfect combination based on the professional experience both acquired starting from Operations, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Procurement and Purchasing, IT, CAPEX and FF&E
- Gained a wide experience by working in various types/sizes of hotels and restaurants, from 800 room city hotel,
golf & leisure hotel resort, luxury boutique city center hotel, ultra luxury resort in Maldives and various on-property or free-standing fine Restaurants
- Strong work experience in Central & Eastern Europe
- Performed under following owner structure: managed properties, franchised properties, privately owned properties
- Hands on mentality with strong drive for projects, openings and restructuring
- Focus on markets with proven experience through Central & Eastern Europe

Founder
Petr Marek
- Petr is a hotelier by heart and soul. His early steps started in F&B as manager of a renown traditional Czech restaurant in Prague before relocating to the USA to gain experience in hotel operations in Florida and NYC. After few years in the US his next steps led to Austria where he worked for the renowned Bristol hotel before stepping into the Sales & Marketing world back in Prague first with Hilton, then opening the unique Aria hotel as DOSM.
- Petr entered the luxury hotelier by joining Mandarin Oriental in Prague as opening DOSM and later on as Hotel Manager, enhancing his scope of work from S&M to entire operations and finance. Furthermore, Petr has led the Le Palais Hotel Prague, a Leading and Virtuoso property, as General Manager for three years before taking on the role of Resort Manager at Velaa Private Island in the Maldives, one of the most luxurious private islands in the world. Petr speaks fluently Czech, English and Russian.

Dietmar Trimmel
- Dietmar gained his first F&B experience already when working as waiter and bar tender during high school time. Strong financial education paired with graduating from a hospitality college in Austria later on opened the door to start as a shift leader in a 5* resort hotel with quick promotions into other positions.
- Dietmar made his way through various positions in purchasing, IT, finance and operation. He was holding senior positions when being part of pre-opening teams for four hotels, starting from a golf-leisure hotel till a 400-room city center hotel. Dietmar was a key player through restructuring processes in various hotels with proven financial success and implemented new systems in hotel when changing ownership/structure (both ways, from managed to franchise and vice versa).
- He was involved in CAPEX projects like hotel renovations and was supervising hotel FF&E budget/spending in various hotels. His key focus is on implementing new systems, setting up structures and optimizing profitability and ROI.
